At OEO, we believe that we can only be as successful as the communities in which we implement our solutions and it is this belief that drives our dedication to education, training and ultimately, employment that pays living wages.
In most cases, our products are installed and implemented with the help of local community members and with the help of our Manufacturing Group, our Solutions Teams have the ability to establish facilities for manufacturing or assembling products directly in the communities in which they are to be implemented. Doing so benefits both us and the communities by lowering costs and providing training, employment and a sense of purpose for those in the communities.
Additionally, we commit a portion of our profits to local communities by donating to schools and children-based organizations with the hope that doing so will lead to success and future business.
